Yes. Tu-Can operates across the Greater Cleveland metro, including communities in Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Geauga counties. Medina is our home base, but our runners cover a wide footprint. Call (216) 262-5903 or use our contact form to confirm your specific address.
Yes. Tu-Can serves single-family homes, HOA communities, apartment complexes, Airbnb and short-term rentals, and commercial properties across all five service counties. See the Commercial & Multi-Property section below for details.

How It Works

On your scheduled pickup day, a Tu-Can Runner grabs your trash and recycling bins, from your garage, backyard, or wherever you store them, and wheels them to the curb before your hauler arrives. After pickup, we return the empty bins to their spot. You get a photo confirmation text so you know it’s done.
No. Your Tu-Can Runner handles everything without you present. Just have the bins accessible and we take care of the rest. We don’t require access to the interior of your home.
Yes. We move both trash and recycling bins. When you sign up, let us know how many bins you have and where they’re stored. We’ll note it in your account.
No extra charge for standard setups. Our runners are equipped for long driveways and bins stored well off the street. Unusually complex setups (gated access, steep terrain) are handled case-by-case, so contact us if you’re unsure.
If your hauler changes their schedule for a holiday, your Tu-Can service shifts with it. We follow your trash hauler’s actual pickup day, not the calendar. We’ll reach out if a holiday change affects your route.
Yes. After every completed visit, your Runner takes a photo of your bins at the curb and again once they’re returned, then sends both to you by text. Standard on every plan. No add-on needed.

Plans & Billing

Tu-Can offers several flat-rate monthly and annual subscription plans based on how many bins you have, starting with up to 2 bins and scaling to larger households. Annual plans include a discount over monthly. See our pricing page for current plan details.
No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Tu-Can is a flexible subscription. You can pause, change your schedule, or cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. We just ask for notice before your next scheduled pickup.
Visit our pricing page to pick a plan, or contact us and we’ll help you get set up. Subscriptions are powered by Stripe, so checkout is secure with no hidden fees.
Yes. If your household or property grows, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Contact us or manage your account to make changes.

Yes. Tu-Can is a full property services company. In addition to weekly bin-to-curb valet, we offer pressure washing, trash can cleaning, dumpster rentals, junk and debris removal, and cleaning services. See our full services page.
Yes. We provide residential and commercial pressure washing in Medina and across Northeast Ohio, covering driveways, sidewalks, patios, siding, and building exteriors.
Yes. Our garbage can cleaning service sanitizes and deodorizes your bins with a hot-water high-pressure system that eliminates bacteria, mold, and odor. One-time or recurring.
Yes. Tu-Can offers dumpster rental for home cleanouts, renovations, construction projects, and debris removal across Northeast Ohio.
Yes. Our junk and debris removal team handles furniture, appliances, construction debris, yard waste, and property cleanouts for residential and commercial clients.
Yes. Tu-Can provides move-out, turnover, and deep cleaning for homes, rentals, and Airbnb hosts, plus scheduled common-area cleaning for HOAs and commercial properties.

Yes. We serve HOA communities and property managers across Northeast Ohio, handling bin valet, trash can cleaning, pressure washing, and other services on a coordinated recurring schedule. Set up a commercial account.
Yes. Short-term rental hosts use Tu-Can for bin valet (guests never touch the bins) and turnover services including cleaning, pressure washing, and junk removal between stays. We serve single properties and multi-property portfolios.
